The store was started in late 2017 and I pride myself on a high level of quality and service. Care is taken over everything and I aim to turn things around as quickly as possible.

Post is sent every weekday from Monday to Friday, therefore orders placed after midday Fridays will likely ship on Mondays.

Stock

All new stock is direct from Lego sets and handled carefully in a very clean environment. As we all know there can be some slight imperfections from being packed up in sets but I aim to keep an eye out for them.

I have a small amount of used stock that only comes from personal sets that I have had on display from new, any parts in poor condition are disposed of.

New Minifigures are supplied unassembled, they’d be used otherwise! Unless specified they come with exactly what the inventory states.

New stock is uploaded regularly so keep an eye out for updates.

Orders

The appropriate level of postage will be applied on checkout to correctly cover the order value. Choices of 1st / 2nd and 24/48 available.

There are no expensive flat rates, inflated postage charges or hidden costs, simply the royal mail prices plus an honest 50p for materials. Orders under £2.50 have a £1 extra handling charge.

Mistakes are very rare but can happen, if anything is wrong please get in touch straight away and I’ll resolve quickly. There can also very rarely be an inventory error, in which case I will message you and refund 150% of what is missing.

I aim to ship orders next day or sometimes same day depending on the time and size of the order. Orders with a larger number of lots will take longer, if you’re in a rush feel free to ask.

Please note that I cannot cater for any packing requests as it adds time, I pack carefully and do not use excessive packaging. Grip seal bags are used to protect pieces rather than differentiate lots so multiple lots could be in each bag.

In very rare cases orders can be lost in the post. Orders are all appropriately insured by using the accurate method of shipping, refunds will be issued after a reasonable amount of time has passed as stated by royal mail. See their site for times per method.

Payment

Payment is available through Paypal or using a debit or credit card through Stripe.
